A Celebration of Life Ceremony for Carolyn will be held on February 1st from 6 pm to 9 pm @ the Indiana Historical Society, 450 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis.

Carolyn A. Thornburg, 52, passed away January 19, 2014.

Carolyn was a 1997 I.U. graduate with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy.  She had worked for the last 12 years at Methodist Hospital Pediatric Occupational Therapy.  Carolyn was a member of AOTA and Alpha Sigma Lambda.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff; mother, Frances Malless; sister, Mary Daulton; and brothers, Robert, James, John, and Don Malless.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert A. Malless; and brother, Larry Malless.
